Requirements

  • Recent college graduate (Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field)

  • Ready to work full-time, including Fridays and Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Master day-to-day leadership in a high-performing restaurant.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop 15-20 people each shift.
  • Plan and execute local campaigns to grow sales and brand reach.
  • Learn recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
  • Analyze budgets, manage labor and food costs, and improve profitability.
