Position Overview As a Business Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare you for leadership roles within our organization. You will gain real-world experience by supporting outreach campaigns, coordinating events, mentoring team members, and assisting with daily business operations. This is a full-time, entry-level position with clear advancement opportunities based on performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive leadership and business development training
- Coordinate and manage community outreach events, including logistics and staffing
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, venues, and community organizations
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
- Train, mentor, and support outreach representatives
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
