Copart is committed to developing a strong pipeline for future leaders through its annual Leadership Development Program. This program provides a structured, hands-on learning environment designed to build operational knowledge and leadership capability across key areas of the business. Participants will receive a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job training to develop the skills required for future field-based leadership roles. The program begins on July 13, 2026, with a two-week training session at company headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Following initial training, participants will complete a 12-month field-based development experience at one of the company’s operational locations across the United States. Participants will return to Dallas for approximately one week midway through the program for additional training and evaluation. Throughout the program, participants will gain experience across multiple operational functions with the objective of preparing for placement into a field management role upon successful completion. The program overview includes structured onboarding and initial training at headquarters, rotational hands-on experience across operational functions, ongoing mentorship and performance feedback, mid-program evaluation and continued development training, and an opportunity for placement into a field management role based on business needs and individual performance.
