The company is committed to developing future leaders through its annual Leadership Development Program. This program offers a structured, hands-on learning environment to build operational knowledge and leadership capability across key business areas. Participants will receive classroom instruction and on-the-job training to prepare for future field-based leadership roles. The program starts on July 13, 2026, with a two-week training session at company headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Following this, participants will complete a 12-month field-based development experience at one of Copart's operational locations across the United States. A mid-program training and evaluation session will also take place in Dallas. The objective is to prepare participants for placement into a field management role upon successful completion, gaining experience across multiple operational functions.
