Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Participate in door-to-door marketing and fundraising campaigns to build firsthand experience in outreach and customer engagement
• Learn and apply sales strategies, communication techniques, and leadership principles
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Support daily operations, including campaign planning, reporting, and performance tracking
• Help drive team success by contributing to daily and weekly fundraising and sales goals
• Represent the organization with a professional and positive attitude
