Responsibilities: Follows rotational training programs through various departments or roles within the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each department and how they support each other and the success of the organization. Hands-on engagement of tasks and projects, that provide the ability to apply learnings in a supportive environment. Participate in mentorship partnership with SMEs (subject matter experts) who provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the training process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain understanding of business operations. Read and comprehend instructions and correspondence. Write routine reports and correspondence to effectively present information. Analyze data to assist in decision-making. Work on assigned projects to improve efficiency and support departmental goals. Establish and maintain strong working relationships across all departments. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders. Network within the organization to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Promotes a culture of safety and ensure compliance with MSHA and company standards. Support initiatives for environmental health and workplace safety. Participate in safety training and toolbox talks. Identify and report potential hazards in work areas. Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship meetings to enhance leadership skills. Other duties as assigned Key Performance Indicators: Completion of all rotational training modules within the set timeline. Demonstrated understanding of mining, operations, supply chain, safety, HR, and sales processes. Comply with environmental and other government regulations. Ability to build strong working relationships across departments. Initiative shown in taking ownership of tasks. Ability to lead small teams or coordinate activities during rotations. Participation in leadership development activities. Positive feedback from supervisors and peers. Active networking and collaboration within the organization. Timely completion of assigned projects. Quality and impact of project deliverables. Innovation and problem-solving demonstrated in project work. Active participation in safety meetings and hazard reporting .
