Salisbury Blvd, Salisbury MD 21801.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in two or more of the following within the last 6 years: Sales (commission sales strongly preferred), Customer service in a service industry (i.e.- retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center), Leadership role in the military or clubs/organizations, Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or college team.
  • Satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years).
  • Valid US driver's license for one year.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
  • Must live on or be moving to the Eastern Shore of Maryland within 30 days.

Responsibilities

  • Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Learn what it means to always put our customers first.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation - The targeted 1st year annual compensation of $55,300 based on an average 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $22.39, plus overtime, with opportunity to earn up to $58,000 based on hours worked, performance, promotions, overtime, and bonuses.
