Responsibilities

• Serve customers by determining their equipment needs and explaining trailer-rental options.

• Manage customer accounts, including credit and collections assistance.
• Verify customer insurance coverage.
• Assign repair work to vendors and XTRA Lease trailer mechanics.
• Use technology to perform inventories and manage equipment.
• Occasionally travel to other XTRA Lease branches and Corporate Headquarters for training and evaluations.
