About The Position
Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed specifically for college graduates, aimed at preparing them for their professional careers. This program aligns with the goals of both the candidates and the company, as it seeks to cultivate dedicated employee-partners who can contribute to the success of Cintas. The Management Trainee program is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business through a combination of departmental rotations and classroom seminars. This approach is intended to equip trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to assume leadership roles that leverage their strengths and enhance their career advancement potential. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into key roles, specifically as new business Sales Representatives. Following their tenure in Sales, these individuals will have the opportunity to apply for positions in various areas, including but not limited to Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, or Service Management. It is important to note that driving a van/truck or personal car is a requirement during two of the rotations, emphasizing the program's hands-on approach to training. The Management Trainee program is available nationwide, providing a unique opportunity for graduates to kickstart their careers with Cintas.
