Start learning the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
Establish relationships in the community essential to building your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.

Must have a Bachelor's degree, or currently enrolled with 1 semester left to graduate with a Bachelor's.
Must have at least 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales, customer service, or leadership.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Competitive Compensation - This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,000-$53,000 with an average 45 hour work week.
Paid Time Off: 12 accrued PTO days, 6 paid holidays, 1 volunteer day.
