About The Position
The Management Trainee will learn the basics of managing a McCoy's retail facility by training at a retail location and attending management training events. This position is designed to develop a working knowledge of all retail store and Assistant Manager responsibilities, while also learning how to lead and manage people and processes in accordance with McCoy's Business as Unusual (BaU) culture. The trainee will assist customers with purchases, resolve complaints, and operate a forklift when necessary, among other duties.
