About The Position
The Management Trainee will learn the basics of managing McCoy's retail facility by training at a retail location and attending management training events. This position is designed to develop a working knowledge of all retail store and Assistant Manager responsibilities, while also learning how to lead and manage people and processes in accordance with McCoy's Business as Unusual (BaU) culture.
