About the position

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed for college graduates to prepare them for professional roles within the company. This program includes extensive training through departmental rotations and classroom seminars, aimed at equipping trainees with a comprehensive understanding of the business. Upon completion, graduates will transition into key roles such as Sales Representatives, with opportunities to advance into various management positions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations in various departments.
• Attend classroom seminars to gain knowledge of business operations.
• Drive a van/truck or personal car during specific rotations.
• Transition into a Sales Representative role upon completion of the program.
• Apply for positions in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, or Service Management after training.

Requirements

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must have an active driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Nice-to-haves

• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
• A business or related academic major.
• Experience in a leadership/management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
