Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
• Develop strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers and drive sales
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products and services
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the potential to manage a team
• Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate solutions

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Cash handling experience is preferred
