Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or related fields.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle; must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license.
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
  • Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

  • Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
  • Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Learn to always put our customers first.
  • Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing the business.

  • Competitive Compensation - The target compensation for this position is $62704 annually, based on an hourly rate of $24.61 plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour workweek.
