About The Position

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• Must have 1 year of cumulative experience or involvement in sales, customer service, or leadership within the last 5 years.
• Military and/or college or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business operations from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Establish relationships in the community to build business.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition to drive business growth.
