About The Position
The Management Trainee Program at Buckle is designed to cultivate the next generation of retail leaders. Trainees will work closely with the Store Manager to develop essential skills in sales, recruiting, and leadership, preparing them for future roles as Store Managers. This position involves training and motivating team members, managing various operational tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
