Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or related fields.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle is essential; must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Learn to always put our customers first.
