Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or related fields.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership experience in military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
