About The Position

The Management Trainee position at Greentech Renewables is designed for individuals eager to learn about solar distribution and develop into future leaders within the company. This role involves a comprehensive 18-month training program that exposes trainees to various facets of the business, including Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Account Management, and more. Trainees will receive mentorship and engage in online coursework to enhance their knowledge and skills in the solar industry.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
  • Enjoys both collaborating with teams and independent work.
  • Possess stellar communication & organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for process improvement.
  • Interest in critical thinking and solving complex problems.
  • Must be a self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the ins and outs of supply chain management in the solar industry.
  • Develop an understanding of the company operations and business philosophy.
  • Regular check-in meetings with Mentors & Training Managers.
  • Learn logistics processes including shipping, receiving, freight claims, and inventory management.
  • Develop relationships with new or existing solar product manufacturers.
  • Engage in pricing and availability discussions with team, customers, and vendors.
  • Learn processes and strategies to help customers stay organized and informed.
  • Self-driven continuous learning and training in solar technology to advise customers on products.
  • Provide insight into purchasing decisions based on customer interactions.
  • Learn best practices and strategies to improve processes and streamline the supply chain.
