About The Position
Greentech Renewables' Management Training program is designed for sales-minded candidates who aspire to take on management roles within the rapidly expanding solar industry. This comprehensive program equips Management Trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to oversee their own multi-million-dollar location upon successful completion of the training. The training period lasts approximately 18-24 months and encompasses a variety of rotations across different business functions, including warehouse operations, counter sales, accounts payable and receivable, financial statement analysis, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Throughout the program, trainees will participate in multiple training sessions that focus on solar products, sales techniques, and management strategies. In addition to hands-on experience, the program includes online training modules related to solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, sales methodologies, and management principles. No prior experience in the solar industry is required, as Greentech Renewables provides all the necessary tools and resources to ensure trainees' success. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, be geographically flexible, and thrive in a dynamic and energetic environment. The Management Trainee position reports directly to the Training Manager and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the renewable energy sector.
