About The Position

Greentech Renewables' Management Training program is designed for sales-minded candidates aspiring to management roles in the solar industry. Trainees will learn all aspects of the business to eventually supervise their own multi-million-dollar location. The program includes on-the-job training lasting approximately 18-24 months, covering various functions such as warehouse operations, sales, financial management, and project management, along with online training related to solar products and management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience
• Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program
