Role Overview As a Management Trainee, you’ll gain exposure to event marketing, brand promotions, campaign coordination, and team leadership . Working closely with experienced managers, you’ll learn to execute campaigns, analyze performance, and prepare for leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support live marketing campaigns and brand activations to increase engagement and visibility
• Represent client brands at events with clear, consistent messaging
• Assist with event logistics, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Collect and analyze campaign performance data and attendee feedback
• Maintain brand consistency across promotional materials and events
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to test strategies and share insights
• Provide administrative support, reporting, and cross-team communication
