About The Position

The Trainee – Ecommerce Sales will directly report to Sr. Ecommerce Manager at Shop LC.

As a Trainee – ECommerce Sales, you will work closely with the digital sales team to grow Shop LC's presence across online platforms. You’ll assist in optimizing product listings, monitoring sales performance, and supporting promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, ECommerce, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of online retail and eCommerce trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and eCommerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities for eCommerce website ShopLC.com, Marketplaces and other digital platforms.
• Assist in creating and maintaining high-quality product listings.
• Monitor sales trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align on promotions.
• Provide data support for reports and dashboards.
