About The Position

Our mission is to be our communities' preferred car wash brand by obsessively pursuing excellence in all things. As a Management Trainee, you will act as the Assistant Manager of a site, helping lead daily operations, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. This role is designed to prepare you for a General Manager position within 6–12 months.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Willingness to learn business operations, financials, and team leadership
• No prior car wash experience is required—we provide on-site training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
• Deliver and uphold exceptional customer service standards and resolve issues as needed
• Drive sales through memberships, local partnerships, and community engagement
• Monitor site performance, including sales, expenses, and operational efficiency
• Ensure equipment functionality, facility cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Assist with hiring, training, and building a high-performing team
