Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from demanding four-year college or university with demonstrated outstanding academic achievement
  • 4+ years of consulting or relevant business experience
  • Problem solvers with analytical capabilities who have an insatiable thirst to solve complex problems
  • An entrepreneurial spirit that drives you to always improve upon the status quo
  • Results-oriented team players with strong leadership and business building skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Willingness to travel to the client site up to 3-4 days / week (varies by client and / or engagement)

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience in strategy and/or pricing a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving one or more workstreams following direction from team leadership and working directly with junior and mid-level clients to develop insight and build alignment with our clients.
  • Construct and then drive discrete analysis used to develop high value content and high impact insights. Consistently establish and then meet deadlines with minimal errors
  • When required, supervises other less-experienced team members.
  • Mentor Associates while answering questions and providing direction. Act as a good teammate, while proactively finding ways to create leverage for senior team.
  • Engage with the client, including maintaining junior and mid-level client relationships, create and deliver value. Communicate with client in organized and knowledgeable manner.
  • Identify high-value client opportunities, drive appropriate follow-on work, and provide support for firm communication and client development efforts.
