Requirements

  • Experience in SAP S/4 Change Management Implementation programs (SAP WalkME a plus)
  • Well-developed project management and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop client relationships, identify and qualify sales opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Mentoring consultants/associate consultants and motivating a successful team behavior
  • Assessing clients' problems critically, structuring analyses, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development
  • Applying methodologies to deliver exceptional results carefully tailored to customer needs
  • Supporting internal practice development and business development activities
  • Collaborating with team and clients to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies
  • Simplifying and bringing clarity to challenging situations, models, and issues to create structured actions and recommendations
  • Demonstrating ability to drive blended teams of management consultants, junior team members, technology, data analysts, and implementation specialists to deliver according to plan (scope, quality, and schedule)
  • Mentoring and coaching others to deliver quality results and promote others' professional development
  • Must have an awareness of how to Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency across the organization
