The Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Floorcovering Facility Management or Sales Representative role in 18-24 months. With Sherwin-Williams' promote-from-within philosophy, you will have the opportunity to progress into a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician position upon successfully completing the initial 8-to-12-week training. With a national footprint, Sherwin Williams Floorcovering serves professional clients in all major markets throughout the United States. This provides you with career flexibility and consistent growth opportunities. This position's typical schedule is 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
