About The Position

The Management Rotation Program Associate role is a full-time associate position within a two-year rotational program, designed as a career accelerator to foster the next generation of leading talent. All associates will rotate roles within their assigned location, with rotations occurring at the one-year mark, allowing for hands-on experience in two distinct roles. Associates may choose to remain in their final role placement upon completion of the program or explore other opportunities at Capital One. Participation in the program requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One's hybrid working model.

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by July 2026 or earlier

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or higher in business, engineering, accounting, supply chain management, risk management, economics, marketing or information systems

  • Identifying and finding resources needed to achieve team goals
  • Using information and interactions to make good judgment on potential risks and issues
