We are currently seeking an experienced Management Liability Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for servicing, maintaining, and growing a robust portfolio of Management Liability accounts, which includes Directors and Officers Liability (D&O), Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), Fiduciary Liability, and Crime coverage for both Private Companies and Not-For-Profit sectors. The Management Liability Specialist will provide subject matter expertise and specific assistance to partner agents, helping them produce new business and retain their existing accounts. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering consistent and frequent communication, ensuring best-in-class service and professional advice to our partners. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing new Management Liability accounts, building and maintaining relationships with our premier partner agencies and insurance carriers, and assisting partner agents with the completion of Management Liability applications. You will also review applications for completeness, send them to carriers for quotes, and present consolidated proposals to partner agents. Your focus will be on business retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities, while staying up-to-date on current coverage options available in the marketplace.
