About The Position

Description Of Job Duties · Manage and organize inventory of professional clothing and accessories. This includes physical inventory management, requiring the candidate to be able to bend, lift, and carry up to 30lbs. Reasonable accommodation available. · Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness, buy-in, and usage of the Career Closet. · Plan and manage shopping events, utilizing the best hospitality and professionalism practices, creating a pleasant experience for all visitors. · Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff during engagements with the closet. · Track and analyze usage data to make informed decisions about inventory, promotion, and engagement. · Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Career Closet space. Assist the CCPD staff with related projects and events. Job Qualifications · Must be enrolled as a student at North Central College. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. · Commitment to equity and inclusion for all students. · Marketing or event planning experience is a plus. · Ability to work independently and take initiative. · Passion for supporting fellow students in their professional development. · Basic knowledge of inventory management.
