About The Position

The Management Internship at Menards is a paid, part-time training program aimed at developing future leaders in retail management. Over a 12-week period, interns will gain hands-on experience and training alongside experienced management teams, preparing them for potential management roles within the company.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 12-week hands-on training program in retail management.
  • Work alongside General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.
  • Develop organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Gain practical management experience in a retail environment.
