About The Position

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be currently or previously employed in a leadership position for 6 months, preferably working full time hours.
- Must be currently or previously employed or have been working with children for a minimum of 6 months.
- Must submit 2 letters of reference (1 from a direct supervisor)
- Must be able to work 45 hours per week working 3 evenings a week M-TH until 8:30 pm
- Be willing to travel to all WMS's locations.
- Must be willing to obtain CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certification within 90 days from hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in an education or sports environment is preferred, but not required.
