About The Position
The Management Fellow position at the City of Littleton is a term-limited role funded by ARPA for one year, starting in December 2024. This full-time position is designed for emerging local government professionals to gain experience in municipal government by working on special projects within the City Manager's Office. The fellow will support the implementation of the city's Strategic Plan, Horizon 2027, and assist various departments in enhancing project management, communication, and performance management capabilities.
