About The Position
The Management Engineer plays a critical role in supporting Self Regional Healthcare’s mission to deliver efficient, high-quality care. By contributing to process improvement and data-driven decision-making, this role helps improve patient access, optimize operations, and strengthen overall system performance, while building the next generation of operational leaders within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or related field required
- 0–3 years of experience in engineering, analytics, operations, or related field
- Internship, co-op, or project experience in process improvement or data analysis preferred
Nice To Haves
- Certified Quality Engineer Certification (preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
