Management Development Program Candidate
About The Position
To conform to U.S. export control regulations, requirements of this position include being eligible to work with export-controlled products and related data without restriction. Have a strong desire to advance within the business, exploring lateral roles to build a broad organizational perspective. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and ambitious. This immersive, full-time program is designed to develop future leaders by providing cross-functional training and hands-on experience across key departments within the organization. The candidate will rotate throughout various business functions with the intent of gaining valuable experience/exposure. Each of these rotations should be between 6-8 months and ultimately culminate at about the 18–20-month mark Will take complex data and sometimes unrelated sets, analyze, collated, and interpret into business actions and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, prefer Industrial or a related field, preferred a graduate business degree.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
