The Management Coordinator will be a key member of the organization, playing a critical role as the execution arm supporting a Senior Leader of the department, owning all administrative support functions to enable both internal and external-facing commitments. This includes time management and calendaring for the Senior Leader and other members of the team as directed. The Management Coordinator will frequently work in a cross-functional manner both internally and externally, driving cohesion and collaboration between teams as the connective tissue and drumbeat across the day-to-day and forward-looking orchestration. This role requires a highly organized person who can juggle multiple priorities smoothly with an emphasis on discretion, judgment, and exceptional communication skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to thrive in dynamic, excellence-driven environments where the landscape is consistently changing and evolving through time.
