ERP Advisors Group is expanding rapidly and is seeking a dedicated, professional, and driven mid-level Management Consultant to join our mission to become the world's most trusted ERP Advisory firm. As a Management Consultant, you will be advising some of the most exciting mid-sized clients across various industries on their software implementations, utilizing EAG's methodology. You will be responsible for creating client deliverables, facilitating meetings, and maintaining a professional appearance, as this is a client-facing role. A conservative professional appearance is a must. In this role, you will document, produce, and present clear and concise deliverables and artifacts. You will manage project tasks, which include identifying and mitigating risks, creating status notes, tracking action items, scheduling meetings, and budget tracking. Maintaining the project timeline and following up on action items to ensure task completion is crucial. You will also foster positive relationships between the client, vendor, and EAG project team, leading meetings with client personnel and vendors, including their executives. Additionally, you will identify risks and collaborate with the Project Lead to mitigate them. The position requires travel approximately once per month to client sites. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of consulting experience in Professional Services, Big 4 Consulting, or comparable experience, along with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or Computer Information Systems. Experience managing clients through successful ERP software implementations in various industries is essential, as is familiarity with prevalent software packages such as NetSuite, Microsoft, Acumatica, Infor, Epicor, Sage, Oracle, Workday, and SAP. Strong familiarity with business processes analysis is also required, along with advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with Smartsheet and previous experience with Mac OS are preferred. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is necessary, and candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
