About The Position
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. The role involves supporting the design, development, and implementation of Workforce Transformation and Skills (WT&S) offerings. Responsibilities include assisting Kyndryl client partners with materials and expertise for go-to-market efforts, conducting skills assessments, developing curated learning paths, and overseeing the development of learning assets. The position also requires tracking and analyzing talent and learning metrics, collaborating with client project teams, and supporting the development of proposals and presentations for new client opportunities.
