About The Position

We're automating onboardings in finance with AI agents that work on the browser. Demand is growing more than we can keep up, and we're looking for a strategic consultant to partner with leadership in shaping operational strategy and driving execution across our compliance automation platform. You'll help us scale operations, sharpen execution, and build repeatable frameworks across product, engineering, and customer success. Sphinx builds AI analysts that work inside browsers, APIs, and internal systems just like humans — automating AML, KYC, KYB, and transaction monitoring end-to-end. Banks and fintechs across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and LatAm use Sphinx agents to handle 90% of their manual work and cut costs by 4x.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic counsel on operational and business direction by developing deep expertise in Sphinx’s compliance-automation solutions, cross-functional execution models, and expansion across jurisdictions
  • Guide strategic initiatives focused on customer success; analyze onboarding, adoption, and deployment patterns to advise leadership on scalable frameworks and efficient operational structures
  • Build alignment across product, engineering, and operations teams around strategic recommendations for operational workflows, documentation standards, and repeatable execution frameworks
  • Design and recommend key performance indicators aligned with operational efficiency and execution quality, including deployment consistency, cycle times, and customer impact metrics; advise on monitoring and improvement strategies
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate organizational approaches and operational methodologies, drawing on best practices from high-growth technology companies to identify high-impact strategic opportunities
  • Provide strategic perspective on operational initiatives, workflow enhancements, and resource allocation decisions to maximize delivery effectiveness
