About The Position

Responsible for performing a variety of duties throughout the departments of the bank, within the framework of a formalized management training program, in order to observe policies and procedures, to obtain first-hand knowledge of how the functions of the bank operate, and to gain the required base knowledge, experience, and confidence for managerial positions; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.

Management Associates (Risk Management Focus) will be required to work with the various lines of business throughout the organization for exposure, however, the largest percentage of time will be spent in the Enterprise Risk Management areas of the Bank. At the completion of the Management Associate (Risk Management Focus) Program, various career path choices may be offered.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required.
• Proficient accounting, mathematical, reading, verbal and written communication, computer, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal relations skills
• Proven competence in working independently with attention to detail
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Strong teamwork skills and flexibility in working hours
