Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mining, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• A valid driver's license.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Solidworks or Autodesk Advance Steel.
• Ability to work in an office, shop, or plant environment where sitting, standing, kneeling, or bending for long periods of time may be required.
• Ability to wear PPE (Safety Glasses, Safety Toe Shoes, Hardhats, Earplugs, High-Viz Vest or Shirts, other as required).

Responsibilities

• Must be safety conscious, dependable, and motivated.
• Take an active role in the company's safety initiatives.
• Be a self-motivated, strong work ethic individual that is willing to work with minimal supervision.
• Assist others with design and detailing requirements using Solidworks, Autodesk Advance Steel, and AutoCAD.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on suggested improvements to increase plant profitability using Aggflow, Bruno, Sandvik Plant Designer, Stonemont, and other aggregate process flow systems.
