The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12 week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in retail store management, sales, and operations. Interns will gain valuable insights into customer experiences and outside sales by working closely with a Sales Representative and management team. The program includes a project addressing critical business issues, offering a comprehensive learning experience in various business areas.

Gain hands-on experience in retail store management and operations.
Work alongside a Sales Representative to understand outside sales.
Complete a project addressing critical business issues with peers and leadership support.
Engage with customers and provide meaningful customer experiences.
Participate in sales, marketing, promotions, merchandising, and customer relationship management.

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Have at least one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
Experience working in a team-oriented setting.
Ability to communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
Be a rising or current Junior or Senior in college or university.
