This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, TX. The job is open for applications from 01/10/2025 to 01/21/2025.   • Coordinates with personnel at all levels throughout the MTF on the effective alignment of staff.
  • Updates assignment of civilian and military positions to validate the record is complete in the manhour tracking system.
  • Conducts research and contacts management and support staff within the organization to obtain source data supporting HR and/or Manpower data entry into the manhour tracking system.
  • Coordinates with Human Resources Division (HRD) concerning projected losses to ensure accurate accounting of personnel out-processing, Leave Without Pay (LWOP) status reports, and Gains Reports for military, civilian, and contracting personnel.
  • Updates additional personnel HR data as changes occur, such as occupational code, skill type, address, and/or contact information.
  • Validates the strength accounting on the PCR to ensure it equals the organizations position assignments, such as the Unit Manning Document (UMD).
  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
  • Applicants must meet one of the employment authority categories listed in the job description.
  • Experience in running internal reports from various office automation systems.
  • Experience in identifying, researching, and analyzing problems with system reports.
  • Graduate level education in Business Management, Business Administration, or Management Analysis.
