Responsibilities

Preforms item adds, changes, and basic updates in the item master database.
Generates and maintains basic reports related to item master data.
Monitors and responds to inquires, requests, and issues in the eCommerce inbox promptly.
Ensure that item master data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all systems.
Works item master change request webforms maintain item master data
Works recurring item add batches for supporting requests from key stakeholders within UTMB
Works with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, and finance, to support data management efforts and resolve item master-related issues.
Assists with other item master-related duties as needed to support the overall eCommerce operations.
Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
Performs other related duties as required by the department.
