There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
The Clark County Office of Communications & Strategy is seeking a creative, driven, and versatile storyteller to serve as our next Management Analyst I/II (Internal Communications & Engagement). In this role, you'll help foster a connected, informed, and inclusive workplace for over 10,000 employees by delivering clear, engaging, and impactful internal communications. You'll be responsible for: Writing employee stories and internal features, shooting and editing short-form videos, creating and distributing internal newsletters, managing and updating content on internal platforms (e.g., intranet), and planning and executing employee engagement and recognition events and programs. This is a fast-paced, non-regimented role-week to week, priorities may shift, and projects may evolve. Success requires strong storytelling skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines. You'll work both independently and collaboratively across departments to deliver timely, brand-aligned content that connects employees to our mission, values, and one another. If you're passionate about content creation, thrive in dynamic environments, and are excited to help build a stronger Clark County from the inside out-we'd love to hear from you.
