We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Level 2 Support Engineer, with a focus on compute and storage, to join our dynamic IT team. This individual will be customer-facing and responsible for working on a shift team to provide 24x7x365 support for large, complex global enterprise IT infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for resolving Critical Severity issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues related to compute and storage systems. This role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
