Overview The Impact Sales Recruiter keeps our sales force at full strength by combining deep market fluency with disciplined recruitment execution across Managed Services. Working in tandem with the greater Talent Acquisition team, the Sales Recruiter proactively maps the market, actively sources and engages high‑performing B2B sellers, and rigorously screens for qualification, performance history, and consultative selling traits—delivering a timely, candidate‑centric experience in a fast-moving tech sales environment. They manage the interview process end‑to‑end, calibrating sales leadership, coordinating schedules, synthesizing feedback, and driving decisions through offer acceptance and start, while upholding Talent Acquisition process standards and data hygiene. By nurturing collaborative relationships across the organization and continuously maintaining a healthy bench of qualified sales talent, this role ensures Impact’s go‑to‑market remains fully staffed and ready to meet demand despite market volatility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting Managed Services sales professionals, including high-performing hunters and consultative sellers
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, sales talent profiles, sales methodology(s), and sales success traits
  • Expertise in sourcing top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging to attract and engage sales candidates
  • A data-driven approach to recruiting, with experience leveraging recruitment analytics to enhance decision-making
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and articulate Impact’s value proposition effectively
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to extending offers for Impact’s sales roles across the country
  • Proactive Sourcing: Actively identify and engage passive sales talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools, in addition to reviewing applications through the Applicant Tracking System
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver a world-class candidate experience by effectively communicating Impact’s value proposition and ensuring a seamless hiring process
  • Hiring Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define role requirements, and strategize recruitment efforts
  • Sales Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber sales professionals to ensure a steady flow of top talent for current and future hiring needs
  • Offer Management: Negotiate and extend competitive offers, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and company goals
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on hiring trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in sales recruiting to maintain a competitive edge
