The Managed Services Leader will oversee the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our managed service offerings for access security software solutions. This role requires a leader skilled in team management, customer relationship building, process optimization, and strategic planning to ensure our clients experience outstanding service quality, reliability, and support. You will be critical to the team's ability to meet the unique challenges of LenelS2's customers with your knowledge of a broad range of technologies.   • Develop and execute strategic plans for managed services, aligning business objectives with customer needs and market demands.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing managed services team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of managed services.
  • Establish and maintain robust operational processes and SLAs, ensuring operational excellence and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, technical support, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of managed services with core product offerings.
  • Analyze service delivery metrics to optimize efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
  • Manage budget, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor relationships related to managed services.
  • Continuously innovate managed service offerings to ensure competitive advantage and value-added services for clients.
  • Monitor and report on the status of Managed Services sales through status meetings and management of Professional Services Pipeline.
  • Responsible for Managed Service resource management; identifies all departments needs and make decisions that result in the future success of Advanced Services.
  • Ensure Sales and VAR channel have appropriate service materials to successfully deliver at client engagements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in managed services, professional services, or operations within the security software industry.
  • Proven track record in managing and scaling managed services teams, ideally in access control or related security software.
  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and customer success.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with access control technologies, security software, and cloud-based service delivery models.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret service delivery data and drive performance improvements.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
