Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance
  • At least 5 years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Experience in managed services or outsourced finance preferred
  • Proficiency in modern accounting or ERP systems
  • Demonstrating leadership in supervising and coaching teams
  • Excelling in analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Managing multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Driving process improvements through automation and effectiveness
  • Supporting client communications and managing expectations
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
